Great for pre-leasing and leasing. We work on accounts from 3-6 months and then train the onsite staff to take over once the property stabilizes and the marketing budget drops. We can also do a stint on properties that need a refresh for 3-6 months, train the staff and are always available for photography, videography, graphics and animations on a project or retainer basis as needed.
